The person handling the reception in very immature. He doesn't know to talk properly. I had stayed there earlier. But this time very bad experience. U should try other hotels. I paid the money and ended up in staying other hotel. I lost my money which I paid. I would never recommend Zaina to anyone. I don't understand after soo much of complaint and so much of negative ratings. How these ppl stills run the hotel.they r big cheaters

Helped me with a 24 hour stay. The toilets were not so clean but the room was clean. I used a non ac room. If you want a room for a shower and sleep then it is an option for a budget room. Near railway and bus stations. Staff was well behaved.

Very bad behaviour from the management and workers towards women beware of secret camera also 🫡 even after catching the hidden camera management only tried to protect the person who has behind that . No one should ever visit this place

Two of us stayed in Kollam for a day, paying approximately 2000 rupees for what was advertised as an AC deluxe room. However, the reality was disappointing. Despite the functioning AC, the room lacked basic amenities and emitted a foul odor. The bed seemed old, and the overall condition was subpar. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with a leaking flush and no cloth hanging space. We typically expect a more luxurious experience for the price paid.

This is a modest place , with good basic rooms. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very polite. This place is very close to the kollam railway station. Kollam beach is around 1 km from here and is walkable. The cost was 950 per night, when I went directly there, without online booking. It was safe for girls.

Old fashioned rooms, it's near the railway station otherwise I won't choose to stay here..... Below average room service, I don't know the name but the guy who's in the traditional attire was nice to us.
