This place is very clean and tidy. It is very affordable. It was a very nice experience staying there. There is a television facility in every room. There are both ac and non ac rooms to choose between. It was overall a nice experience.

It was a very good experience. The room was very clean and nice. The atmosphere was good. The ac was very cool. It is very close to kollam beach. It was a nice stay.

Very close to the Railway / Bus station of Kollam. About 3 km. Walkable distance from the Kollam beach. Less than 1 k.m. from the Kollam beach. Owner Mr. Krishnan and his Attendant are nice people with helping nature. Rooms are neat and tidy. Both A/C and non A/C rooms are available. Reasonably priced. Non A/C rooms don't have a T. V. About 28 rooms are there. 2 floors but no lift. Among those non A/C rooms are about 8. Homely atmosphere. Families can stay there safely. No restaurant attached. Hot water geyser in washrooms. Ask for mosquitoes repellent from the Reception if you need. A non veg hotel is nearby, at the corner. An auto stand is also close by. You can book the room in advance also. Contact hotel for bookings.
