Arrogant reception staff behaviour,greedy even for a small amount of money, Rooms are not good cleaned, Bathrooms are messy with smell and not clean.

Price is low ,same low as hospitality.the young manager didn't have a mask while he was dealing with lot of people We asked for a neat room without dust,but the manager gave us a room which was looking ok.the thing is it was full of dust and foul smell.blankets are in the cupboard contain dust and smell.we can't even sleep on the mattress because of iritatting smell. Night comes along with loud disturbing noises from reception, vedio playing sounds.knocked our door lot of times.

The place is clean alright, but staff are so distrustful towards customers that we even ended up *almost* being accused of stealing their blankets! We did not even feel like using them after looking at them, so we put it back in the cupboard. The manager of the place was too lazy to look in the cupboard, so he came running behind us on the road and took us all the way back after we paid the bill, checked out and had left the premises. Even after showing him the blanket, another person started asking us for the key, like they did every time we left the place.. There was always a crowd at the reception. If customers are going to be treated like theives, no matter how the place is, no one would wish to go there and get humiliated. I don't recommend this place to any self-respecting person!

Worst location... They ask RT PCR report done within 24 hours. Even I have Covid Vaccination certificate. Almost all the hotels ask either RT PCR report or vaccine certificate. Also they didn't refund my advance payment.

Loved the stay here. Parking available for customers. Good staff. Clean room. Quite atmosphere. Affordable pricing. Yet near to KSRTC stand Kottayam.
