Customer service too bad, especially Hotel Receptionist dealings are very arrogant and Rude Am a corporate employee Regular interwels i visit kottayam. Last 4 times I opted this hotel but today onwards am not refer this hotel because of miss behave and bad customer service from Receptionist.

Am sharing my own experience regard this hotel and place its too bad and arrogant.. it was not good for family to stay there..because of many reasons presently..especially here am mentioning that 1)Bathroom and Toilet was too smelled and not clean 2) presents of insects in bedroom 3) Air-condition was not working 4 ) bedroom was not clean and too dusty.. so am rating this hotel and place 1/5

A good place for business meetings. Executive rooms at very normal rates.Even though restaurant is not there, food services are really great. Courteous staffs. Prefer this place for future meetings also.

They have good hygiene and clean rooms along with reasonable rates.The manager and his staff are all very friendly and helpful.
