Bennies Inn Lodge

The room was not up to the mark. It was an old hotel. Room maintenance was poor. They served tea in the morning about 6:30 for free. Towel cleanliness was very poor. Bathroom was just ok. Lift is very small. The hotel is situated just opposite to a bus stop. The hotel is about 2 kms from Kottayam railway station.

One of the worst stay in kottayam.. Please Don't Go Family.. Rooms its dirty. Full liquor smell.Lots Mosquito.Not worth the Room prize.. Bachelor its ok.. But family stay not good.. And The reception Guy.. Slim guy Beared guy attitude its worst the dont know how treat guest..other staff attitude good..Totally worst experience..

Very poor cleaning, blanket and pillow cover not at all very well cleaned. Staff behavior horrible, behaving like Gundas😨😨😨😨

Are you a pauper? Then they will try their best to show you the money in your hand. A property that does not even cost a dog to the guest. Staff who don't even know how to speak politely to someone. Booking a room directly here is Rs 300 more than online. So if you book the room and leave, the staff will misbehave with you like hooligans. Will never recommend to anyone.

A decent stay under a decent rate in Kottayam town... Checkin and Checkout was smooth... Serves a cup of tea in the morning...

Decent size room with comfy bed and a fan. Ac rooms also available. 1120 Rupee for a non AC room. Friendly staff and a cup of tea delivered to your room in the morning. Would recommend 👌
