Nimna Residency

We were a group of six girls travelling from Coimbatore to Munnar, and our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax after sightseeing. The staff were extremely supportive and helpful throughout our stay — from guiding us with local spots to making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly behaviour made us feel completely safe and at home. The property itself is peaceful, with beautiful surroundings that added to our Munnar experience. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended for girls’ groups and families! 🌿💚

Rooms are nice and the hotel is new. Hot water works perfectly, but… no towels provided. And the bedsheets? Tiny little things that barely cover you—basically, you’re sleeping wrapped like a burrito in a napkin. Hot water’s good, but you might end up shivering and laughing at the same time.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! No Bath towel, No soap/gel, No shampoo. Very weak Wi-Fi that disconnects often. Reception staff justified that it's the problem of Samsung phone. While i book the room, staff in the reception told it's family only property & he dont entertain bachelors. While entering my room,I heard boys cheering from opposite room. Later, when we came back after the dinner, Parking slot were fully occupied with bikes. I didnt have space to park the car except the space beside the property where he instructed me to park, there was full of mud, i stepped on it. He charged me a high price & offered this much pathetic service.

"I had a wonderful stay in the hotel room! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and good With location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the accommodations.

The rooms are clean & neat ... staffs are friendly & they are treating us like family members ... just walking distance from marayoor bustand .. Such a amazing stay were i stayed recently ❤️

Room was clean and ambience was so quiet and calm but the hospitality was tooo bad not attentive, bad listeners and didn't treat us well. No drinking water provided in room Or even in hotel they just had a pipe in backyard and asked us to fetch it by ourselves. No towel, no other amenities.Overall only the room was nice. We are not satisfied with their services. They must learn to welcome people with smile and treat every customer with respect.

Rooms was sooo good , hospitality was great & rooms staffs cared us very well , they arranged the jeep for us , it was amazing experience & important things is budget friendly room , keep it up guys
