Royal Residency

We three guys took a 3 bedroom A/C room 23-03-2024 at 11.45pm. There was one soap and one towel they were provided. I asked for two more soaps and towels. The room service person told me that, sir, I can try to give only one soap more. I went to the reception and collected two more soaps and towels also by my request. It was full of mosquitos coming through the wash room door. (Once we opened the same) A/C room has no ac. I think they put 0.8 ton ac in the big three bedroom. Ac has no efficient cool. Inside the bathroom water blocked (image attached) health faucet has no water pressure. Bath showers also have no water pressure. Thank you.

Very worst experienced room in my lifetime... Bathroom full of cockroach, Room full of musquitos. Worst customer service... I asked for a refund after seeing the pathetic condition of the room and they didn't refund the full amount. Very indecent behaviour from the manager. Will not recommend for anyone 👎👎🤬

Very bad place. Though the room is good, other services are pathetic. They don't provide towels & no supply of hot water. Seems rooms are never cleaned. Though the price is cheap, they should bother about basic necessities a Traveller needs.

reception lady very worst and rude ,,,, she is very bad mind and a big liar , i paid advance amount for room more than rent ,, after i checked out then asked balance amount but she didnt give back money , worst rooms and dirty like bus stand toilet , they charged lot ,, she is a money eater dont go anyone to there

Value for money, Opposite Railway station. Good for business travelers. No restaurant, they will arrange Tea ,coffee and breakfast if required.
