Had stayed twice. First on 2018 and last on February 2021. In 2018, only an extra large room for a day, and it was ok. Booked 3 rooms through phone in 2021, and the lady staff was very customer-friendly. They gave the best price compared (in internet) to other hotels in the town. But once reached there, understood that the rooms were over priced, and there were no other customers. We booked three double occupancy AC rooms for three days, in which every room had some issues. In one room AC had no control, in another toilet flush was not working etc. Maybe after lockdown, all rooms & washrooms smelled as if opened after a long time. In general, wash rooms were not clean. Overall, we didn't felt satisfied for what we paid, and will look for some other options next time.

This is a pretty decent and a reasonable hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and informative. The rooms are air conditioned and are very decent and clean. There is no complimentary breakfast. The beds are very comfortable for two guests.

Pretty old hotel located opp KSRTC bus depot. Have rented their rooms for few years now. The newer wing is where AC rooms are located. Rooms are large. However, maintenance of rooms is average. The toilets are just about functioning. Staff is courteous and helpful

Room service was very poor. No hot water available. They charge heavily and the room was not that much worth. Bed provided is very old. some more up keeping is required.||Even after repeated telling only additional bed was provided.
