NillVisited seven months ago... Great place for stay especially for those who want to stay in the jungle & enjoy the nature. Ambience- Great, thoughtful & peaceful place. Only thing, it is too far after entering village & almost no network connectivity. Apart from that it's perfect. Rooms- we opted for a suite. Ample amount of space. You get big entrance, common hall, bedroom, dressing room & washroom. Note- commode was little bit old & had stains over seat. Napkin hanger was broken. No room slippers provided. Wifi was not provided in rooms. Toiletries provided - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap & shower cap. Dental kit provided after we asked. Food- Main reason for giving 4 star rating. Limited spread of buffet, you get only single choice of soup & dessert. Most of the time there were no starters. They have their own farming. So many fruits & vegetables were freshly served. But taste was very bland. Most of the time you would get cauliflower, red spinach & bottle guard soup. It's good to have healthy food, but one might not expect on vacation. Service - great. They would even serve hot towel & snacks whenever one come from safari. No food provided in afternoon safari..

NillOur stay at Chitvan Jungle Lodge was absolutely delightful. The ambience is serene and beautifully blends with the natural surroundings, making it the perfect getaway for peace and relaxation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Special mention to the food, every meal was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared with a lovely local touch. The breakfast too was very sumptuous and really well packed for the safaris we took. And loved the aam panna drink they served after returning from the trip cool and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area whether you're here for the safaris or just some quiet time in nature, This place is a perfect choice.

NillDisappointing Experience – Rude Staff & Poor Service Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The staff was rude and unhelpful, service was extremely slow, and basic requests were ignored. On top of that, the food options were very limited, making dining a disappointment. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t recommend until they improve.

NillRecently we stayed at Chitvan from 22 December 2024 to 27 December. It was one of our most memorable vacation stay. The staff at the resort go out of their way to ensure that you get the best services, delicious food and overall comfort. After experiencing few world class resorts in various countries I can vouch that Chitvan is up there in top class facilities! Sincere thanks to the staff.

★★★★★Unbelievably we had the lodge to ourselves.||The lovely manager said the staff were at our disposal!||Food (cooked by the wonderful Roshan) was exceptional as were all the staff. ||We were made to feel very welcome.||Magendra and the guide at the National Park worked tirelessly to find not one, not two, but three tigers.||Memories that will last forever. ||Thank you so much ❤️

NillI read all the reviews here the good and the bad and went to stay in this resort. Here is my review: - this is rated 3 star but their service is 5 star with staff bending backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The employees are sweet villagers from neighborhood. Any review complaining about them, please make an effort to understand them and treat them as humans. - some asshole in the reviews was complaining about not being able to play a speaker along the pool. Just to be clear this is a jungle resort, and you are supposed to minimize your footprint (which includes your speakers). Some people want to come here to enjoy nature and they want to do it by playing music around the pool. Go to a city resort asswipe. - Food, they have simple but a large variety of food that they make in premise everyday, using their homegrown vegetables and local animals. You can't get anymore organic than that. Plus they went overboard offering our group gluten free options and accommodating every need we requested for. - simplicity - as I said the employees are locals there, they have a great work ethic, respect for their customers, genuinely care about them, they are strict when it comes to their jungle, in a real sense they are sharing a part of their lives. So city people when you go visit them keep and open mind, treat them as people, understand and respect them and you may take away so much when you leave. Don't be an ass. But you know what even if you are an ass they will still line up at the end of your stay (yes all of them) and wave you a goodbye and come again.

NillWe recently stayed at Chitvan Jungle Lodge for two nights, and the experience was truly exceptional. Pravin, the manager, graciously upgraded us to suites, adding a special touch to our visit. The resort is nestled within a serene forest, offering a breathtaking environment. The highlight of our stay was the simple yet delicious cuisine, served with warmth and care. The safari breakfast, in particular, stood out as a memorable experience. Chitvan is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for those seeking relaxation and natural beauty.
