Resort is good they also have parking facility and have multiple room, they have online booking as well as offline booking. Only the thing is service why don't pick up your luggage so you have to do it yourself also the rooms are not that clean but it's in a cheap rate there are also dormitory rooms there one room can go by 4 peoples like two double beds are there. Attach even the restaurant is attached to this resort where we can have very good quality food with small garden beside which have multiple children activities.

Amazing experience! One of the pleasant place to stay in Nashik. Only improvement area would be the staff behaviour. Rooms are spacious for family stay and events like marriage. Overall rating is 4/5. Restaurant is adjusten to hotel with plenty of food options.

Good stay option for family with spacious room for given pricing. However not great in terms of room service. Food is not served in rooms and you need to go out to adjoining resturant which is average. Bad odour was there despite of room freshener in corridor/passage.

They have a fine collection of rooms for the given prize. Very applicable if u want a nice and cozy stay and are going to be out all day. Only cons were the checkout timing should be 24 hrs, everywhere I dare say. And hot water

My experience at liva room was good. The owner Mr Chetan is very good person. I checked in at late owning to some problem. And i requested him to let me check out late by 2-3 hours, he agreed with me and didn't charged any single penny extra. If you want to check in late and check out late just call him and explain your reason, he's nice person. Rooms were clean and hot water was also there. Location wise also very nice. I stayed at Family home stay. So guys do connect with mr chetan befor booking if you have any query. U can find his no on website. Thank you chetan sir for your services.

Don't follow the pictures. They are from the adjacent plot. The hotel has almost no facilities. Not even wifi. The hotel staff is probably not updating the owner about the bookings. Even the TV in the room was not working. There were no security guards. It's basically a motel with hotel's charges.

My experience in this hotel was very nice. Owner of this hotel was very sweet in Nature. He guided me for the whole trip without him this trip was impossible for me. I have satisfied with the room service. Room was neat and clean. If I will come on nashik next time I will prefer to stay here again. Thanks you so much Chetan Sir.🙏
