Awesome room with a mast view. Service is very good. Receptionist pawan is very helpful. If you need a room with view then viva house is perfect for you. I m staying here for 34 days feels like home.

My stay at [the fab viva house] was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Visited in dec end 2024, Cons: If you have booked suite room on 1st floor, you cant enjoy terrace in evening as every day there are outsiders having drinks in the premises near parking area till late, creating lot of noise, not acceptable for 3 star. Pros: Best service provided by Mr. Pawan Rathod, suite room has attached terrace with good greenery view, value for money.
