D Villa

First of all they make u stand for 15 minutes, staff who is there knows nothing.. Dont even provide water. No lift in the premises, no helper tbey provide if u have to go to 2nd floor with luggage. Im my room no gyzer, exhaust fan not working, torn bed sheets... Have to beg for towel and soap. You call them, they wont respond. Staff in un higenic clothes. If you have any kind of emergency or u are not getting any hotel bookings, prefer to stay in Gurudwara bit not into this hotel.. All 5 star comments and rating is fake.

I stayed for 3 days at Hotel D Villa at Balewadi, Pune in May 2023. The rooms are plush, clean and very spacious. All facilities and services are superb. The staff is very helpful & polite. Owner Mr. Nikhil is also helpful & very polite. I would highly recommend this for everyone.

Worst hotel and worst experience at OYO booking. I have spent 3k plus and it was wasted.

Most Safe and best value for money lodging service with all facilities, I loved it . Greate place for family vacation, hangout with friends, for couples, solo, etc.

Un regular cleaning and water etc. TV just for showcase, AC outdated. Improper ventilation in rooms.
