Terrible Experience – Not Recommended, Especially for Those with Allergies I initially booked this hotel for 2 days but decided to cancel after the first night due to extremely poor conditions. The area around the hotel is incredibly dusty, which is a serious issue for me as I have a dust allergy. Even inside the room, everything was covered in dust – from the furniture to the tables. If you leave your phone on the table for even 15 minutes, it gets a visible layer of dust. The sofa releases clouds of dust when touched, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. I contacted Booking.com for help, and they confirmed that the hotel owner agreed to refund me for one night. However, the person managing the hotel on-site refused to return the money and gave me false excuses, showing no professionalism at all. I was forced to leave after one night, even though I had paid for two, and never got the refund I was promised. If you care about cleanliness, health, or basic decency in service – avoid this place at all costs. Check the area properly before booking. Very disappointed and frustrated with how everything was handled.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I booked 15 rooms at Super Collection O Ubale Nagar by OYO for guests attending my brother’s wedding, which took place right across the road. I expected a basic, hassle-free stay for our guests — but what we experienced was nothing short of a nightmare. Here's what actually happened (and was acknowledged by Akshay from the OYO team): No bedsheets or blankets were provided in any of the rooms. I had to wake up the hotel staff at 1 AM and personally walk them room to room to supply the basics. The next morning, there was no running water in any of the rooms. Despite several complaints at the reception, the staff (all six of them!) were asleep and indifferent. They kept repeating “the motor is on” without checking or resolving the issue. No towels were present in the rooms either — again, I had to personally escort staff to each room to get them delivered. Broken, smelly sofas added to the discomfort. No drinking water bottles were served, despite this being a standard amenity. Despite acknowledging these failures, the OYO team insisted that the invoice could not be adjusted and that “benefits” would be given next time. Honestly, there won't be a next time. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, made worse because I had other responsibilities during the wedding and still had to chase down basic services. Zero support. Zero accountability. Zero service. Avoid OYO Hotels — especially this one.

Water is dirty if its coming trough tap. Rooms are unclean. No soaps are provided . No drinking water provided. No soaps provided. Electric vibrations on bathroom tap. No food places available nearby

I had been booking stays for multiple times at this property. I can share my experience properly. First of all the staff is really helpful. The 1bhk flats are really good. Everything is top notch especially the bed is very comfortable. I feel like home in here. Lastly i wanna say i had some beautiful nights and memories of my life at this property. Thank You💌

>you can skip this hotel from the stay list >some scam is linked with this hotel, you will call oyo rooms cc,he will ask you to pay less before reaching the location, once you are there they will reject your booking. >go to the location and book the hotel >expensive as compared to rooms and service >rooms are not clean

It's Scam... Please Don't book rooms through OYO for this property.. Staff is Rude, local area boys. they dont give you checkin, demand extra money to loot you. they will not give u checkin and let u struggle for hours with the customer executive of oyo which are even worst, the service no. not helping us. and then you are force to pay the extra money to stay at that place. taking advantage of our problem NOTE - Don't come at this place.

It's a 1BHK appartment building and not a proper hotel. Photos are old and maybe of inauguration times.(2days before photos attached). Room walls are dirty and seepages in entire bedroom area.(photo attached) Bed was springed one and wayyyy cushy with 2 super jumbo sized pillows.(photo attached). Kitchen area sink is the worst.(photo attached) Sofa is unclean. Booked from Fabhotels but No fab branding was found. Booked galaxy Inn but it was galaxy Inn executive instead and both the hotels are way different. Broken furniture is an add-on.(photo attached). Some room has broken lock and door was also noticed. No closed parking although the parking is in premises. Only good thing was about the management boys polite and well mannered.

Oyo app shows around 1009, hence I made the booking and paid via the oyo app and after reaching the hotel they did not accept the payment made to Oyo, they said Oyo never pays them money and I will need to pay them again. And on top of that, they even informed me that they never give rooms to anyone on oyo rates and hence they charged me an additional 1000, only then I will be allowed to check in. I tried contacting oyo customer support but as usual, they were of no use so I had no choice but to pay the additional amount and check-in. And upon check-in, they never provided any toiletries and towels.
