This is a place only for short time solo visitors,not advisable for family as rooms are very small. No hot water facility.room charge 1100 for ac one day. Check in ,check out feasible. The receptionist is a good guy.

I didn't expect a good room (not like a star hotel room but good in a way that a person can stay) for INR 450 per day. Good A/C room for a single person with an small TV and clean bathroom. The manager is very helpful and the helping staff too. You won't find similar treatment and neat place for the same price. Better you go directly and book a room and they don't have any booking on online. I stayed here for 10 days. About the surrounding. Not a pleasant environment to live however, I enjoyed the people and culture around this place. Lived like a local person. The place is closer (650m walking distance) to Express Avenue Mall and you go to all the nice restaurants like Mount Buhari and all in walking distance. Also, metro is very close by. VFS Chennai is in walking distance. Recommend staying here ☺️

Rooms are good to stay for 2 people who are coming for business purposes or to attain any function. staff is coperative but the area surrounding is not good but surrounding area can be ignored. Not recommended for family or ladies only for Men.
