Near by all the access. Cockroaches are in the room and washroom not cleaning. Value for the money.

Best for ppl giving exams in MMD Chennai, 5 min walk to MMD Rooms r clean, spacious nd cheap compared to other stays around this area, no need of AC as the temperature inside the building is always cool.. u literally dnt sweat.. fan has fixed high speed.. more than enough.. Service is good, tea stall jst nxt to the residency.. Few metre to Mannady main road.. lots of shops nd hotels for food Call nd book before 2 days as it's always full Overall Perfect!

The stay was very good. The Service of management is quality, especially Velu Anna. Ideal for law students and interns as it is close to Madras High court

Good place to stay with reasonable price. Its near by madras high court, port authority and many government offices including the muslim board that is... tamil nadu sunni and shia wakf board. If any advocates Visit chennai for madras high court, if any person going to attend their case in high court ... i am recommending moore residency for them. Moore residency having prayer hall in ground floor. Also tea and water will delivered to room.
