Faraz residency

Those who are seeking for separate rooms this is a great place for you to stay. Rooms with tiles and bathroom with the tiles . But rooms are not well maintained.Old rusted tubelight and fan.But the merit is all comes in fair price. No wifi No food & No washing machine..... If you are very budget person who doesn't likes to stay with others go for it....

Cheap rooms on offer. No proper parking space. Ventilation is poor in cheap rooms. Monthly basis occupancy offered (2 months rent to be paid in advance)

No star for this pg. Its very hard to find this place and even the all the hostel care taker and manager are doing fraudulent. Giving 2 parson one bed if someone is going for vacation or somewhere. Really its very shame that it should not show in google also. Pla ban this pg so that they will not cheat other people also. Shame its very very shame. Really shame Faraz Residency.

Living cost is cheap . But very poor room old fan and non cleaning toliet.. worst room ever I stayed in my life.

Very ordinary rooms. No hot water, internet occasionall,just enough to sleep at night. But situation excellent. Connectivity wonderful. Everyat stons throw.y

Worst place. The Staff behaviour is really worse . There are better places available in the area don't go here

Place is cheap and the facilities are not bad but there were prominent bed bug problem so as in other residencies in triplicane. So choose carefully.
