Very disappointing stay. The hotel was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The room was not properly cleaned, the floor was dirty, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The bathroom was also unclean, and there was even leftover water in the bucket from previous use, which was extremely unhygienic. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were heavily stained and looked like they hadn't been changed at all.And it said it had free wifi but when we asked about it to the staff here they said it won’t get in the 2nd floor. Overall worst experience ever

Worst place for a person to live. 0 rating for the rooms. It was not cleaned properly, stained bedsheets , pillows, tables. Everything was dirty couldn't feel like being there a minute so we vacated immediately. We were feeling 🤮 seeing the bathroom. I will never recommend this place to anyone l. No toiletries basic amenities was also not provided

Very disappointing experience. I booked this property through OYO expecting basic cleanliness and professional service. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bedsheets and washroom were not properly cleaned. There was only one young boy handling everything, and he did not know how to communicate properly with customers. The attitude was unprofessional and there was no sense of responsibility. I tried contacting the manager multiple times. Even OYO customer care tried calling him, but there was no response. I waited for almost 3 hours hoping the issue would be resolved, but nothing happened. Finally, I had to check out immediately. This was a complete waste of time and money. Basic hygiene and customer service are the minimum expectations in hospitality, and unfortunately this property failed badly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the shadiest places I’ve ever stepped into. Filthy rooms, suffocating atmosphere, and staff with zero professionalism. Booked for a night but checked out immediately after seeing the reality. The place seems to serve all the wrong purposes. Absolutely pathetic would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION FOR ANYONE. One of the worst experience I've ever had. Maintainance of this hotel was extremely poor. Toilet was very dirty, leakage in taps, cracked mirror. Leakage and cracks on walls, lights were about to fall down. Staff were not at all friendly. They do not even care for the customer because when I mentioned about all the problems in the given room and asked for a alternative option, their response was "ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME. THEY ARE ALL LIKE THIS".
