Stayed at this motel during my visit to Chennai, and it was a fantastic experience. Although the location is slightly inside a lane from the main road, it was easy to find and very peaceful. The motel itself was amazing - the room was spotless, and the bathroom was squeaky clean, which is something I really appreciated. The service was exceptional - prompt, courteous, and attentive. They even offered flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus for my travel schedule. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Great value for the quality and service provided!

Sheraton Grande, Chennai Our family of four had a wonderful 3-night stay at Sheraton Grande, Chennai. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the central station and within walking distance to both the suburban and metro stations. The rooms are top-notch—spacious, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The bathrooms were also spotless, reflecting the hotel's emphasis on hygiene. The level of professionalism in their services was commendable. We were particularly impressed by the room service. Food was served promptly on request, and the quality was excellent. While the hotel offers in-room dining, there are also nearby restaurants available for those who prefer dining out. Overall, Sheraton Grande made our stay in Chennai comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

We are travelling in India as a family of 4 from the uk (2 adults and 2 teenage children) and trying to find family rooms in India is super hard as in most hotels we have to have 2 double hotel rooms. So when I found this hotel with 4 beds and good reviews I decided to chance it. Well what a little gem - the hotel and rooms are lovely and clean, each day they give us new bottled water and the staff were so nice and polite and ensured we were looked after. I totally recommend this hotel in Chennai. The alley to |the hotel is a little messy but that is not a reflection on the hotel. If ordering Ubers to get around - wait in the main road (about 10meters walk) as a lot of our Ubers missed the side street to hotel

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grande in Chennai for a week, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping done without fail. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of Chennai, making it easy to access all the local attractions and surrounded by a variety of dining options. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. Their service was on par with a five-star hotel, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Sheraton Grande for both families and business travelers. It offers great value, excellent service, and a very convenient location. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Chennai!

We had a good stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean, linen being changed every day, there was no reason to complain. What was missing though, was no view from the windows, there were adjoining buildings, hence lacked natural ventilation and could not open the windows, since there were no mosquito mesh. Also what was missing was an in house restaurant. But definitely a good place with friendly management and staff.

The room and services are really good They always ask for feedback in everything they do. They let you feel at home. A minimal restaurant would have been good , however the stay was amazing. More power to them.

“Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, neat, and tidy. However, there was a noticeable gutter smell in the bathroom, which seemed to come from outside and wasn’t within their control. One drawback was the lack of facilities to prepare food for infants, which would have been helpful for families. Overall, it’s a great hotel with minor areas for improvement.”

Stayed in Sheraton grande for 2 days. Had a very pleasant stay. Hospitality was very good, they provided a warm welcome. Check in and check out process went very smooth.. staffs are attentive… I would highly recommend this place. Room maintenance very neat and clean.
