The Hydel Park ( Business Class Hotel)

Five-stars for meeting all of my expectations. The hotel is very basic, but it hits the essentials: Clean bed, clean bathroom, bottled water, toiletries, hot water, AC and attentive staff. There is no in-house restaurant or breakfast. Hydel Park's 24-hour check-in policy worked perfectly for my purposes: A place to stay for 24 hours between the train station and airport. Their pricing is transparent: The full tariff was posted at the check-in desk, and I was charged no additional fees. I paid ₹2500 for a room with a double bed. The staff is also ethical: When I left a small amount of change in the room after checking out, they rushed down to return it to me. Like many hotels in the area, Hydel Park is a short walk inside from the main road, on an alleyway.

Clean rooms and good service. Very close to Chennai Central and recommend for family for nightly stay before they can catch next train or flight. Hotel staff accommodated with extra bed and complimentary toiletries, dental kit, mineral water. I was skeptical but turned out to be good choice.

I stayed at Hydel Park for three nights in October 2024. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Bathing towels and soaps are changed daily. Staff is courteous and the reception staff is helpful. Private transport was arranged by the reception whenever required. The only grudge is that the entrance is not on the main street but inside a small lane and can be easily missed. I would love to use their services again if I visit Chennai again.

At an extremely convenient location. Walking distance from Chennai Central Railway Station. Room was extremely clean and well equipped and staff behaviour was top notch. They arranged for the local tour and took care of everything. Will definitely stay again.

I had an excellent 3day stay with family at Hotel Hydel Park. I must say one of the best hotel in terms of customer service. Kudos to entire team of Hydel Park. Metro station is just 100m so easy connectivity. Round the clock reception for any of our needs. If someone complains that the road to the hotel us congested! Ys its true, but taxi easily reaches the entrance and its hardly 50meters to main road.

Best thing about this hotel is great hospitality and service. Staffs gets up and welcome the guest when we come in and come out. Very clean rooms and good process maintained hotel. Negative side would be narrow roads and not much space for car parking, only 2 cars can be parked. Other than this everything is good.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and neat, providing a comfortable environment. The staff were very good, offering excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The location is tucked in streets with narrow roads, nearer to the central railway station and metro station is also just walkable from hotel. There are many eateries surrounded by this place. The parking area is limited.
