I stayed here for 4 days while attending my distance education exams. When I first entered the room, it was well cleaned and neatly maintained. There’s no fixed check-in time — your 24-hour stay starts from the time you check in. The rent is ₹400 for a non-AC room with 2 single beds for one person, and ₹600 for two-person sharing. Do note: After the 24-hour period, even a delay of 30 minutes will be charged as another full day, so plan your check-out time carefully. Also, the online prices are shown higher, so it’s better to call them directly and book. They don’t collect any advance, but make sure to call again the night before your check-in day to confirm your booking. They verify your identity using Aadhaar, and a digital copy is accepted — physical Aadhaar is not compulsory. Internet connectivity is weak on the ground floor, but they provide free Wi-Fi, which works very well. However, during power cuts, the Wi-Fi also goes off, so you won’t be able to access the internet if you're staying on the ground floor when there's no electricity. There’s drinking water available at the reception, and a small shop right opposite the building for essentials like toothpaste, soap, etc. This place is ideal for solo travelers or people staying for office work. They also offer monthly rental rooms. However, I do not recommend this mansion for families, as it’s more suited for individual stays.

Rooms are okay better than other budgeted hotels in nearby area but their water is having salty taste. After staying there for multiple days and asking them to check on that for multiple days without any action from there side, I realized it's normal status quo there.

Best suitable for bachelor's. Family can also stay,Very comfortable cost and in prime location. Government estate metro is very near. Chepauk stadium, marina beach, omandurar hospital, TTDC office, kitchen street all are only walkable distance.

This is really a good option for stay. Cheap in terms of cleanliness, service and quality of rooms....non ac single starts from 400 and ac from 900 onwards..... Persons are good and they clean the room once the guest leaves. Highlights: Neat bedsheet and pillows ( which most of the hotels lack )...and clean toilets and water quality is also good.

I stayed around 10 days non-ac single sharing room for per day basic.. rooms were neat and clean. Sikander anna was really polite and welcoming. It is nearby Government Estate metro too. That is another plus point. Overall,, can give it a try. 🙂

Not allowed to checkin because of adhaar card the person at reception don't know about any info about adhaar PVC card got frustrated we arrived by morning 6.40 am and the receptionist not allowed us to check in we moved to another hotel!!

I booked a non-AC room. The room was really clean and tidy and had its own bathroom. They also had free WiFi and a Smart TV. It's perfect for solo travelers and those on a budget.

Rooms were pretty neat but one charger point was not working.The hotel was daily cleaned and well maintained.The main issue was ventilation. Overall the hotel was only okay but considering the price it is good. Tasmac is on the way to the hotel so one has to manage that while crossing. The hotel is good for solo travelers and not family.
