It is the best place to stay in chennai, more over the representave Mr, kailash khatua who is the manaher of the land is very helpful and cooperative and the colleagues are also very helpful. Only is the difficuties that their is no bed for the attendant as well as no bedsheet change in everyday basis. It will be better if you will take care about the hygiene of the attendant. Beyond that mr. Ganesh is doing all the house keeping requirements which is appreciable. Also the housekeeper person mr. A. Ganesh is very much cooperative, who is helping my mother in all aspects in my absence. I realy suggest the outside visiters to stay here.

The room is full of bedbugs. If you get them you won't be able to sleep the whole night. There are no facilities

Not very ambient though but clean enough. Ideal for people who goes for treatment in Chennai and plans to stay there for a comparatively longer duration. Very affordable. Has attached bathroom and kitchen with the bare minimum essentials & utensils. You may face certain disruptions in service (sometimes) but they are pretty minor and can be overlooked. Water supply is ample and washing clothes/dishes is not a problem. Overall it is nice enough for recommendation.

Worst stay! Would never recommend. Dont go by positive reviews, most of them are not true. Rooms are not maintained. Rooms showed in booking website is different than what is offered. No bathroom latch, no hot water facility, no bedsheets given, Broken sealing, not at all clean place to stay. Even 1 star rating is not worthy

Good guest house..with affordable price ..rooms is well ventilated with attached bathroom and kitchen with usable utensils..24/7 running water supply...nearby to any places esp. those coming for treatment at Apollo Hospital Greamsroad.. Staff and Manager are good ..well mannered, appproachable..overall good. I would recommend it to my friends or family members

the owner don’t offer any kind of service no towel no handwash soap even NO DRINKING WATER location is good but i don’t recommend this place to stay. owner told to me if you don’t like you can go any where but no need to give us any bad review how is possible to change our stay we take a taxi to go there and it’s not possible to ask our taxi driver to drop us any other hotel
