We stayed at this place two times already and we are very satisfied with the service. It’s in a good location, but still located in a smaller, more quiet side street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can ask them any question and they are always at your service. The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The second time we called them to request a room in the middle of the night, because another hotel had overbooked and wouldn’t accommodate us. Again Jai Palace was very helpful and we eventually checked in at 1 am. Definitely recommended!

I was there for some days. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bus stand and local railway station are in walking distance. Staff were friendly.

A small hotel with budget friendly rooms. Bathroom & toilet is clean but no geyser. The main plus point of this hotel would be its prime location as it's walkable from Tambaram bus stand and just opposite to Tambaram railway station. The rooms are very cosy and has quite a neat bathroom. No geyser but it's clean for a budget friendly hotel. The hotel did not have have the food provision but has soft drinks in the reception which can be consumed and added to the room bill.

The stay was comfortable. The owner is humble and professional. He clearly knows how to take care of customers. Close to Tambaram railway station. You will get an original bill for payment. Super market, restaurants are around this place. Car parking could be challenging. The staff needs a little training on how to handle customers and for that reason, I have awarded a 4-star. They are definitely in my recommendation list. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good looking with lift . Rooms are well cleaned and hygienic . Accessibility for all purpose is good.Recommended for low Budget

Rooms were in good condition. Quite a problem with the lift as it was only for two people at a time. Extra charge of 40% for early check-in when booked through third party. Air conditioning was in good condition. Room service is available. Early morning complimentary breakfast for third party bookings. But only 2 adult rooms were available which is mostly for couples. Overall a good experience.
