The hotel is located near Coonoor Municipal Bus Stand (about 50M walk only). It is bar-attached. The front office is quite primitive and doesn't know the nuances of the trade. Check-in time is anytime between 6am to 9.30pm. After 9.30pm, they'll close the main entrance and nobody bothers to open it again (so, better you plan your trip in such a way that you reach here before 9.30 at night). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own. But, there are a couple of okay kind of restaurants nearby. The rooms are shabby and need cleaning badly. Bathroom lacks space and needs a little bit of cleaning. Overall, a below average hotel. But, you're paying only around Rs.600/- for a double room and you cant expect more. PS: The famous Sim's Park is 3 kms from here and Ooty is 12 Kms. It will take 3 hours by ordinary bus to Coimbatore and 2.5 hours by Express. The buses will normally take 45 minutes to reach Ooty from here.
