It's a best hotel if you are looking cheap hotel in coutrallam. Hotel at nice place.. cleanliness ok.. beds are bad and very old.. Staff Treatment is very very Worst.. Really reception guy doesn't want people to stay here.. he is treating guest not like a guest treating like dog.. overall i had ok level stay at here since it's a cheap hotel. Otherwise it's not a happy and warm stay.. those who is not expecting luxurious stay they can choose this hotel.. Cheap but not best...

Dirty rooms....The resception staff's treatment is very very worst.they are treating customer's like dogs..there were no bed sheets in the room....we thought bedsheets are free..they are even charging 40 rs for bed sheets...which is the basic service that a hotel should give to customers...they don't event have showers in bathrooms...very bad experience....

Nice place to stay in kutralam. Main falls is just 2 Kms from this hotel.. Good service.

It's definitely a cheap stay and you pay for what you get. But decent for budget friendly travelers.
