We stayed in the room and we had a good experience . First important thing is opposite to coutralam bus stand and very easy access to bus and only .5 km to main falls. Rooms are very nice but careful about the doors , doors were not made in wood. Price is normal and good support from reception peoples for us.

Had a 2 days stay. Was lovely. We have booked a AC room but the climate was so good we didn't need AC at all. Rooms were decent and the staff were courteous too. Located opposite to the bus stand so it was easy to locate and had restaurants near by as well. They don't have a restaurant though.

***DO NOT STAY *** This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in so far.I cannot think of even a single +ve about this hotel. The bathroom stinks, water leaks from AC, no staff to even take the trash, heck there was not even a dustbin in the room. There was dust settled on all the furnitures, the soaps and shampoos left behind by the previous occupants were still there in the bathrooms. Even the staff were not courteous, they demanded I pay extra advance when I had to extend my stay.

One of the worst hotel in courtallam. We have requested the Front Office Asst 2 bed sheet for kids since its very cold and it's was raining nobody to bother to give the blanket till we check out. House Keeping staff pressuring to give the tips. Worst condition in the bathroom no proper light There is no credit card machine in hotel. We check-in by 12.15 am and Night duty staff was sleeping they not bother give answer to us. Poor Owner god has to save him This is my fourth visit of this hotel This time very bad experience. I don't refer any body this hotel

Cashier was rude. Bed was clean but mattress was upside down. No mosquito but house fly was irritation. Indian toilet on some rooms. Few of the rooms had western closet
