Royal Residency

I have stayed last week (September 1week) and had a very worst experience. Rooms are not good and also the hotel owner son was very rude. *** Not a family preferable room **** No heater No kettle No towel very worst service as they will not provide you anything even towel. Don't believe the hotel room pictures as that is not real. I will not recommend anyone

This place is the worst of all hotels I have stayed so far.. u will vomit by seeing the room and the bathroom is pathetic... The owner fellow is a cheat and he got more money than what was promised.. it was a nightmare and all photos are fake.. don't go for it .. there is no way to give zero rating .. complete cheaters ..they don't respect customers

Belongs to the same group that owns the Residency Towers in Chennai.||Newly made hotel with good spacious rooms and amenities. Ample parking and good location. The food at the in-house restaurant is ok. Room service is pretty much decent. ||The hotel can also arrange cabs on demand with extra payment for local movement or airport pick and drop.

Best to stay for black thunder plan, They are affordable prices and reliable to guest. Rooms cleaness is 4/5

Great experience with hotel, i forgot my things at hotel room only, after i called back to hotel team they sent to Bengaluru, thanks to hotel team for help, overall good hotel for staying in mettupalyam (near Ooty)

Very close to black thunder theam park.rooms are not clean especially bed spreads .Hot water available.location is on Ooty- mettupalayam road.

Nice homestay at very reasonable price. We 9 peoples stayed in a big single room at 1500
