This property is owned by 75year old lady who stays downstairs. First of all it’s a bit inside, with narrow roads to this place. The entrance ramp hump is huge, you have to be careful while going down the slope and can park only two vehicles. You have to walk down the stairs to reach the different rooms located at different distances, very difficult for elderly to walk down to these rooms. There are two rooms upstairs with double rooms, and two on the extremes. These are basic houses with just cots, mattresses, fan and heater. The kitchen has out dated dirty filthy jugs, induction and steel vessels . They’ll not even serve you tea/coffee. When you ask for tea, shell just say I’m old and I don’t have any helpers or cooks to make and hand you tea leaves, sugar,pans and will tell you there’s no one to make or serve. Anything you need you’ll have to order on Swiggy and for dinner you’ll have order before it gets dark. Else you’ll go to bed without food. There’s not a single shop or restaurant nearby its not fit for a family with kids or elderly people. The bathroom has just one curtain and we had to move one curtain from another room. There’s all types of construction material around the blocks, electricity wires hanging out!! Only thing view is ok. Think twice before you plan to visit this place, only fit for bachelors.

It’s a good option for family and friends to stay!! We have enjoyed a lot with friends as the view and the property is extremely beautiful!! The manager aunty is very friendly and care giving!!! Would definitely love to visit again. I recommend to visit all

The view from room and outside is breathtaking!, we spend most of our time in night in the outside campfire! It was extremely cold, *If you want just a place to sleep & to bath, no other facilities, other than campfire it's definitely recommended* & also can stay upto 10 people for 4,000₹ is impressive and you can't get any other rooms with this view for such a cheap price in ooty you can't expect well cleaned bedroom or bathroom for this price! The hospitality was also so nice! By the owner

Good rooms with great view and an excellent host. Lovedale is a nice place to chill for the weekend and heath cote is just great for that. Not the usual resort or hotel experience, but a great personal space with privacy and calm. Free from rush, but connected to both Ooty and conoor. And near to toy train station with good views of the mountain and valley
