Hotel Bluebird

This is one of the worst hotels in the world. The towels are dirty, the rooms are dirty, there is dirt everywhere, including on the faces of the staff, who are constantly drunk. The staff is trash. The rooms are dirty and cold, the reception staff are jerks who simply do not respond to your requests and are constantly drunk. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances. The level of development of the people working in the hotel is about 7-8 years. If the hotel management is reading this review, I strongly recommend changing the staff, otherwise you will face ruin and disaster.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff behavior was so rude. The staff was drunk in the evening and had stinking alcohol smell. There is a bar attached and drunk men in and out at all times of night. We can hear the noise in the rooms from outside. it was like a market with drunkards shouting, whistles etc. Not suitable for families. Actually not suitable for anyone. Rooms are very dirty.and dusty. They don't clean rooms properly. The bathroom was very stinky too. hot water is only available for few hours. Towels were dirty and most of threads pulled out. The sheets and curtain is torn at many places. There are flies everywhere. There is no water, tea nor coffee in the rooms. There's no lift - we had to carry our luggage on our own. Only good thing is the location. Stay away from this place

Hotel room - below average Cleanliness - average Location - far from bus stand Service - below average service, not even provided toiletries for a Rs 3000 per night room. Overall, not worth even Rs 1500 rooms are far better than this one

Very bad and unfriendly staff, often no electricity, no hot water, very cold in the rooms, I do not recommend living here!

Very large room around 280 sqft. But the rooms are very old and dirty. The furniture has got tons of dust and dirt. The fabric of is torn at many places. Same goes with the window curtain. The staff was drunk in the evening though they did not create any scene. But stinky staff is what we expect. Moreover the restaurant renovation was going on and lot of dust and debris everywhere. Actually this hotel spoiled our trip. The bathroom was very stinky too. Don't recommend to families who can spend 5k for a night.

Rooms were Nice. They were spacious and well cleaned. It was a comfortable stay. Staff was also very kind and polite. Hot water was also available till 10 am. On the ground floor restraunt also there. Overall it's a good place to stay.

We were charged 2300 for a room but it is nowhere worth for that amount. No lift, pretty old furnishing, towels with most of threads pulled out, hot water only from 6-10am. The worst part is one can hear all the noise outside. We were in first floor and it felt more like a market with staffs shouting, cooker whistles etc. If you are in Ooty for a peaceful vacation stay out of this hotel.

The stay was average. The interior was average. The water facility available was from 6-10 am and 8-9 pm. They only provided with medimix 2 soap in room and 2 towels. The service was slow. No body wash no toothpaste etc. Not eve tissue roll. The restaurant food was ok-ok.
