Rooms are very clean, service given by owner as well as the location everything was perfect. The view from the room gallery was the added bonus. Perfect place for stay, we enjoyed a lot.

The view from the room was so excellent and I would highly recommend the room for its hygiene and cleanliness. Service was also too good. For 2 families these rooms are more than enough. Very very neatly maintained. Thanks for the service.

Stayed at SJA Homes for one night on Feb 8, 2025. For the budget, the rooms were excellent in terms of cleanliness. The owners were very helpful in terms of guiding us tourists on major attractions to visit. The property is also located close to the main market of Ooty but avoids the hustle and bustle. Highly appreciate and recommend this place for people looking for a budget-friendly homely stay in Ooty. Would like to mention that the destination shown on Google Maps is about 50 meters away from the actual location. But once you reach the spot shown on the map, just call them and they will guide you.

We recently stayed at SJA Homes in Ooty for 3 nights, and it was truly a home away from home! Situated in the serene Hollywood Hills area, the property offers a peaceful and decent environment, perfect for a family getaway. The hosts, Banu and her husband, were incredibly supportive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. We felt safe throughout, and their hospitality was exceptional. We especially appreciated the option to cook our meals during our stay, which added to the homely vibe. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch. The host arranged for daily bedsheet changes and bathroom cleaning, which made our experience even more pleasant. The attention to detail in maintaining the property is commendable. SJA Homes is also very budget-friendly, especially compared to other stays we've experienced in Ooty, making it an excellent choice for families. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ooty. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability!

Very affordable and cleaned Rooms . Just love the view from tarace. Hot water available any time. Traveling with family is memorable.Manager and Staff are very helpful and polite.
