Hotel is good room is clean but room service is very poor when we ask with them to clean the room they said to that cleaners are not there.we requested them still they did not provide any room service.accept this over all hotel is good stuffs are good .

Room is good but room service is bad .they can't change the bedsheet also bathrooms are also bad.recently one week ago we go

Decent rooms in city centre. Valet parking is available. Rooms are neat clean and compact good enough for a family of four. Receptionist and care taker is a professional and he takes care of every trifle need of the customers. Good Hospitality gesture by employees is very nice.

The service is just pathetic. The hotel receptionist is absolutely uncooperative and just doesn’t value the customers. The management is super arrogant and treat the guests as if they are doing a favour on us on requesting them for any toiletries or room service requests. The TV doesn’t work and there is literally a power cut thrice during the day. Although Wi-Fi connection was promised as the rooms are in the basement, the Wi-Fi just doesn’t work! Overall experience was just pathetic. Would not recommend anyone to stay there as it will be a vacation spoiler, nor would I prefer visiting that place again.

Here is my experience with the stay!! Advantage: Hotel is in the city and can easily reach tourist destinations easily! DisAdvantages: a) We haven't received the cleaned room. b) Had used towel, used shampoo and soap. c) They only clean the room if you handover the key. Since I had valuables I requested them to clean the room at evening and they denied it. d) Since plastic is banned in ooty, you can get water in flask. However you need to go to reception atleast 5 times a day to request water. e) Hot water is only available two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening. f) They have no telephone which we can use to contact them! For any request you will have to reach the reception. g) there is no lift in this hotel. Despite all these disadvantages they are very proud of their worst service!

This is one of the finest hotels in Ooty, conveniently situated just 2 km from the Ooty bus stand. I had a pleasant stay, and their service was commendable. There are also many shops in the vicinity, including the renowned Moody's Bakery in Ooty.

Firstly I would like to say there are two properties in Ooty named "Hotel Sun Park" and "Hotel Sun park grand". Hotel Sun park is having lawns and greenly environment and this one :- Hotel sun park grand is located on the road side. Hotel Sun park is expensive in Tariff and Hotel sun park grand is economic hotel so as all the amenities are. Many people getting confused and even some of the reviewers are posting photos about the other Sun park in this property which is very much misleading for the ones who try to book rooms. Watch out for this and choose the hotel carefully as per your needs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now on to the review Stayed here for 2 days during my Ooty Trip. This Hotel is a decent one with Clean and spacious rooms available closer to the charring cross location at Ooty. Hotels at Charring cross Ooty will be little congested/dense but this one is located isolated compared to the rest of the hotels as well as the location is also closer to many tourist spots. The front desk receptionist staffs are friendly. The Hot water will come only in specific timing which they have clearly mentioned during my booking itself. No ceiling fan in the room (Personally I would prefer one even though Ooty is so cold). No complementary breakfast (there is no in house restaurant) but at walkable distance there are many restaurants. Parking space is limited, can improve on the room service aspect; barring that it is a decent place to stay with family.
