Enquired about booking a/c room for family. The person in reception who attended the call was very rude and not at all cordial in answering the basic questions regarding available amenities since this hotel was not listed in booking apps. She seemed irritated and was eager to deny room availability when we were earlier told that a room was available.

We are booked two non aç rooms and send advance also. We reached @11 pm , they are given two rooms behind the lodge ( the rooms are full of alcohol drinkers. We again return to lodge and argue with manager, he said that non aç rooms are not in this building. This is only for aç room customers, earlier he did not said that cheating. At 11 pm how I can accommodate two children & wife in backside of the lodge building, just like Dormatory ( all rooms are filled with drunken bachelors! Horrible days , if you book the room keep mind it I am booked directly, not Oyo app . The advance send through gpay for lodge manager number

We stayed for a day. Comfortable and peaceful stay. Staff are very helpful. We reached there in odd hours but the manager was keep in following up and when we reached they kept everything ready and helped us to settle down easily. Prime location. Great stay. Thank you team. Keep up the great work 🙂😊😊👌👍

The overall place is awesome, you can visit all the temples which is all nearby. Having a 24 hours check in and check will be convenient for many.. the only thing is you don’t have a geyser. Rest all is comfortable.

Service is not good. Booked many rooms for function with advance also paid but at last minute they told some rooms are not available.
