Very close to the temple- less than 500 m, clean toilets, affordable. The room was decent, but bed sheets had stains, no blanket was there. Overall happy. I would recommend it for budget travellers.

Pros: * Excellent room * Clean * walkable distance to temple Cons: * Poor attentions to requests . Happen to call and follow up multiple times to book via phone call. * Requested for Water bottle which was not provided so happen to get it myself from the reception.

The hotel is just 400 meters away from temple/beach and 1.3kms away from Bus/Railway station. It had cleaner bathrooms. The TV was working although it’s only Tamil channels, you could order coffee and Bisleri water bottles from reception. Kaveri restaurant was nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The reception staff was very helpful. A decent stay I would say for the price. Booking directly instead of online partners would save around 500 bucks.

Room is budget friendly, I stayed in an AC room with queen size bed (sufficient for 2 members) for Rs.1800. I was not comfortable with their check in and check out (8 AM to 8 AM) but they informed me well before booking and remaining all good (Hospitality, receptionist & room boy approach, Lift, complimentary water bottle, room & bathroom clean & sufficient car parking).

I am here to edit my review about this residency. From 2022 we are preferring this residency because of its neatness and politeness of the staffs. But I am very much regretted to update here that they changed the timings of check in by 8 am and check out by 8am. That's their policy its fine. By 9 pm receptionist staff called to my room and saying that we should check out by 8 am tomorrow morning sharp ( but we did check in by 3.10 pm on 24.07.2024). I can understand their policies and their terms and I never asked any extra time to them because of my late arrival. Now coming the politeness of their hospitality, " don't take the key with you if u wish to goto temple. And if u come late we will keep all ur belongings outside of the room and start cleaning because we don't want to make out next customer to wait". This sounds too too too harsh. And added " that's why I am reminding you again and again not to take the key with u and ur check out time". Is this the way to treat a customer? What happened to these people? We are not staying here for free. We also paid in advance to pre book the room as we made reservation over phone. It's very average room only cost 2800. Too much rent for this room. No proper blankets even. In addition they gave a room with a very dirty bedspread and we asked them to give us another room when we arrived. I strongly condemned that speaking to a customer in this manner would not be the good way for a good future. If the owner of this residency came across my review u can reconsider ur check in check out policies and train ur staffs particularly who can speak with customer in a better way.

Very neat and clean room. Car parking and lift facility also available. Reasonable price and value for money.

I booked a room oct 30 check in but check out oct 31 morning 8 they told no allow to stay after 8 another guest booking but no one booked they are cheating increase price whenever festival comes otherwise good
