Very rude and worst behaviour. Don't know how to treat customer. The hotel customer desk gave very worst experience. He is very rude to me. Won't recommend to anyone. The owner should teach the employees how to treat the customer

Place was really good. We stay for 1 night it cost me 1,800 for 3 person AC room. Room was good and service also good.

Everything was worth for the price paid. Receptionist and service guy were friendly enough to assist with our queries. Recommended!

This hotel is near the bus stand. The rooms are neat and clean, and the rent is affordable.

i went tiruchendur murugan temple with my family on 17.04.2024 i booked room on 17.04.2024 6.am the room and toilet was very clean and service also very good it was very nearest to tiruchendur railway station and bus stand the owner also very nice and respect person i recommended sri gopal residency was best residency for stay with your family

DON'T BE FOOLED BY GOOD PICTURES AND REVIEWS. 1. There were flies in the room which tells how UNHYGIENIC it is. 2. The room we were given was extremely small even though we pre booked it that too for 3 people. EXTREMELY CONJUSTED 3. FLush wasn't working properly. 5. Washroom door latch was rusted and almost impossible to close and open. 6. WORST MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOMS WE'VE EVER SEEN. 7. Walls were damp and shabby with torn wallpaper. 8. There was a wooden plank on the wall, from which running wate SOUND came continuously and didn't let us sleep peacefully. 9. There's literally NO VENTILATION in the room, when we checked in our room was stinking. 10. Extra mattress, sheets, pillows etc were extremely DIRTY. 11. ROOM SERVICE was PATHETIC, we had to call them for each and everything (towels, toiletries). We were told that we'll get these things in morning but we never recieved. 12. The mirror was broken too. 13. And you'll be able to get all the noises outside inside the room. VERY LOUD.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable at Gopal Residency. Staff and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend as it's a cosy room and close proximity to temple and eateries. Special mention about the clean and tidy hotel.
