Guhan Residency – Close to Tiruchendur Temple (Last-Minute Option) Guhan Residency is located quite close to the Tiruchendur Temple, making it a convenient option for last-minute plans. The property has two rooms, a small hall, and a kitchen (which is kept locked). One of the rooms is slightly larger than the other, but the smaller room has a very compact bathroom. The AC was not functioning properly during our stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was acceptable but not impressive. Parking is arranged near the property, but you’ll need to walk about 50 meters from the main road to reach it. In my opinion, the price is on the higher side compared to the facilities offered. If you book only one room, the other room might be allotted to another group visiting the temple. For privacy, it’s better to book both rooms. The setup is suitable for 4 adults and 2–3 children, but again, the cost feels a bit high for what is provided. Each room has a king-size bed. There is no food service, so you’ll need to manage meals on your own. Many small hotels are available between the temple and the property, but they tend to be crowded. From a temple visit point of view, the location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk. If you're planning a last-minute trip and can’t find better accommodation, this place can be considered and don't expect a luxury stay.

Our stay at Guhan Residency in Thiruchendur was peaceful and comfortable. The room was very spacious, easily large enough to accommodate five people, which made our stay all the more relaxing for the two of us. The property was well-maintained, and the toilet was very clean. What stood out was the warmth and care shown by the owner, who was always courteous and quick to address any needs. Another advantage is that the residency is very close to the temple, making it convenient for darshan. It was the perfect place to stay during our visit, allowing us to focus on our spiritual journey without any worries. We will definitely book our stay here for our next visits too. I would definitely recommend Guhan Residency to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay near Thiruchendur.

Very safe, secure & comfortable stay irrespective of planning at the last minute. I would certainly recommend Guhan residency to be chosen for stay at Tiruchendur that too very near to the temple.

Rooms are very clean and maintained well. It is located in nice ambience in heart of the city. Best part is "walkable distance to the temple". Service is awesome. Staffs response is good towards the customers. Best place to stay with your family. we can have a pleasant stay with reasonable price.

We stayed here as a whole family. Since we booked as a whole villa, we got more privacy to enjoy. We got a home feel. Moreover walkable distance to the temple. So it is easy for us to visit temple and reach our room very soon.Best place for a family to stay.

Nothing negative with them, They treated us as their family, welcomed us with warm gestures. Cost-efficient tariff, which made me feel worthwhile. I took rooms two times on same day Naveen bro never denied my preference. he helped us for everything we need. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained In addition it was newly constructed rooms so nothing negetive with the rooms too. They will be kind and humble to you. Even more they suggested and took me to restaurants for good coffee and snack. Good stay where I felt like a home. Thank you to Naveen bro and his dad.
