KSM RESIDENCY A/C

The location is near south Gopuram. Rooms are neat and clean but not that much spacious. Staff is very well supportive. No Car parking available, need to park on the road side.

Can't give 0 stars, so sticking with one. Absolute Arrogant Staff. Doesn't fulfill commitment even if the advance is paid. If you need peace, find another place. Om Namah Shivaya 🙏

Irresponsible & Don't care attitude of Management. Did not keep the rooms available even after advance payment.

The Stay was good with all amenities and they'll provide complimentary water bottle and toiletry needs. This hotel is nearby the temple with necessary shops nearby and just 2 minute walk to South entrance. Reasonable price and friendly owner Srinivas and thanks to Murugan, Hari & Chandru for assisting us in the hotel.

Very close to Temple. Not faced any issues. Clean rooms. All Staffs are good. Thanks to Pichandi for referring this place to us. Rooms are a bit smaller and car parking is on the road (no big vehicles enter the street in general, so we dint see any issue). Comfortable stay, Highly recommended. Best place if you are planning to start Girivalam in the morning as the place is very close to Gopuram.

Very worst. Rooms are very small even public toilet is big when compared to room size. Money oriented services.Dont go there.

Good Hotel for stay nearby temple and This hotel is capable for give 5 star rating but only negative point is bed plastic covers not removed in the beds so that it will create body heat and sleep disturbances like plastic sound. If the management take my point and removed the covers, definitely I will change my rating to 5 star. Please taking care of your customers health and making comfortable also.

Rooms were neat and clean. Spring mattress and quilt were comfortable. AC and non AC rooms are available with geysers. They arrange additional mattress if needed. The Reception staff was very helpful. Car can be parked in the street.
