Hotel Suprabhat Residency

1. The receptionist fights with elderly people. 2. The lift stops midway and the door does not close properly which causes safety issues. 3. Room is filled with cockroaches. 4. Bedsheets have never been cleaned and the rooma will not be cleaned unless you ask. 5. The bathroom sink does not work. 6. A/C does not work. 7. Not even water will be offered.

They are having very poor quality of rooms they don't have any jet spray in the toilet and broken flush they even didn't give you shampoo the towels and bed sheets are bleach whitening which gives you rashes and irritation also. .their fans do not have regulator led is not working properly and also not working properly they don't give u all out...no intercom no bell...no water jug no hangers they shud improve service

Never stayed in a more disappointed before with any hotel. 1. There is no service not even a glass of water is provided. 2. Room is extremely untidy and is full of cockroaches. 3. Nothing in the bathroom really works and is also very untidy. 4. A/C does not work and water is leaking constantly. 5. Bedsheets are full of stains and is never cleaned nor changed. 6. They will not sweep unless asked and there are still durt. THE STAFF 1. Is very rude and fights with guests. Does not deserve even one star.

They say all facilities available but Room service is not good, no tv, no hot water and more over lot of cocroches roam around the bed...

Don't get deceived by the photos. It's an old building, conveniently close to Secunderabad Railway Station but not worth it. Rooms are not cleaned properly, AC Rooms are for name sake, either AC doesn't cool properly. No toiletries, towel, water etc.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst hotel on earth. Service is very very bad. Staff's behaviour is also very bad. And the Manager is very rude. Rooms are damaged. No maintenance. Taps are also not working properly. And the locality is very dirty.

Dont attend phone calls at all No mobile number on the net.I had booked an AC double room through Yatra. Com, on the 14thAugust 2023 with an instruction that I would be checking in on the 15th morning. Reached the Sec Rly station at around 5.30 am went round searching for the hotel for more than half an hour but could not locate the hotel.My phone calls we're un attended. Finally I had to checkin a nearby hotel paying additional room rent. Later I found that Hotel sprabhat residency was near the hotel I have checked in. Had somebody attended my phone calls and guided me., I need not have paid the additional amount. Management should employ responsible employees ay the counter.

1 star for the manager too! We booked our room through goibibo. Because he knew we got some discount, they made sure that we get a bad room.. Which was in a poor condition. I'm not even gonna waste my time in describing it. If a property owner is so dishonest with the customer and misleads and hides things.. Then it's best to skip this place 🙏☮️
