OYO 29567 KSL Guest House | Hotel Rooms

Worst rooms I have ever seen in my life. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms are worst not even clean. Room full of insects and smelling like dog shit. I was very disappointed with oyo bookings. After I called hotel management they said rooms are already book, existing customers have not checked out. How oyo people not checking this type of worst rooms with out basic cleaning. We have a small kid which he is getting irritated with dust on beds. Unwashed bedsheets, insects, uncleaned rooms. I suggest anyone not to take stay for this hotel. I can't even sleep for the smell. Hotel people took complete amount at time of checkin but oyo booking people said to pay only at the time of checkout. I have all the audio calls with me. I have attached booking id also. I will surely sue them in the consumer court if me and my family gets infected by this uncleaned hotel.

Rooms in a convention centre marriage hall near bypass. though we were afraid about sounds from function it was not affected. Select room accordingly. No restaurant. Lavish parking. medium budgel hotel.

Hotel owner was fraud and didn't allow to stay there and ask for more money. Super pathetic oyo management and Oyo under all hotels are totally unsecure to stay. Never go to Oyo

Rooms are v v basic , issue is hygiene .. unclean bedsheets , unclean AC , smelly rooms , good parking space and location, OK for a emergency pitstop only

They are not providing rooms for unmarried couples who are went for karimnagar dam. Located near this KSL Guest house. Worst experience i had there. Asking 4 times the high cost of original price

I booked this hotel through OYO customer care booking id Q82A9397 and visited hotel to check in but no one was available at the reception and as we were waiting the power supply went off and there were no lights. The total area is full of flies ,insects and mosquitoes, nowhere neatness is seen. Worst hotel to stay for families. So we immediately quit that place and went in search of other hotel

Extremely unsafe. Random people knock on doors in the middle of night. The staff asked for extra money to get me checked in even after paying the full price online before reaching the hotel. Never ever again.
