OYO MOHIT GOKUL LODGE NEW ROOM'S

They are running a scam. Online they put different amount for booking but during check-in they are asking triple the amount. When denied they are saying room not available and giving excuses that they forgot to update on app. But once talked to the online booking app customer care and told them that we are going to complain. Immediately they handed the room key to us.

Piece of advice, please consider this as only the last option. I had the worst experience with these people. Had booked the room through Agoda and had clearly mentioned the time of check-in and the date. When i have arrived at the lodge the receptionist (who looked more like needs round of sweeping) asked for 3x the price. When i informed him that the booking was confirmed through Agoda and showed the price and confirmation, he was least bothered and he asked me to leave if i am not willing to pay the amount he was demanding, and they don't care about online booking. So, please do yourself a favor by not going through the same experience as mine.

NEVER BOOK this hotel for your stay. They will always ask you extra money and you will be forced to cancel the online booking. The staff were utterly indifferent, bordering on rude. It was like they were doing me a favor.

Firstly if you book by online they will show check in from 12:00 am so we will book and pay money over there, at any cost we will reach hotel prior before the check in and they ask us to pay extra amount which is double the amount we paid in Oyo. This is fraud and hotel rooms are also stingy. Staff is also money minded. Totally worst experience ever.

Property owner denied to give me my booked room for which I already paid online. Manager wants more money. He was not even talking. I am very disappointed by behaviour and service. He was very very rude. I give him negative star rating. Never visits there in your life.

Very worst hotel money minded...., They have not given room after booking Oyo app.., and they have not given money also..., They said to talk with customer care. Its a good tactic business allowing users to visible hotel online vacant and making booking with the money. After reaching hotel not giving room not money. Better to opt for other hotels. Don't waste your money

We had the most horrible experience of our life at this hotel. I would seriously re-consider if contemplating this hotel! In short, we were abused and threatened to death by the hotel manager(dwarf person) and chased around the street. If this wasn't enough, the manager even got his friend (supposedly to intimidate us further). The long story. The staff were quite rude. The rooms are very prison like dirty and toilets was so bad i got vomiting immediately .we reached hotel at 4am, manager was not giving entry and asking for 700rs extra money ,i paid the same. But anyhow i got the room but it was so bad.Then i requested to change the room, hotel manager gave me a room that was extremely bad, i vomited immediately inside room. Then i decided to left hotel within 1.5hr horrible staying but manager was not refunding my already paid extra money (already i paid money to OYO which was unrefundable as per their scheme) instead of money, manager abused us and threatened to death, then we left hotel without any money, finally i am alive and writing this feedback!!

This is a fraud hotel. They have listing in all major online booking sites like oyo, agoda etc. Their rates will show as very low and gets booked. After booking they will say that we don’t accept bookings from oyo and agoda and all. Thank for I called and spoke to them beforehand and got to know about this scam. They also say that we have already communicated to these online sites to remove our listings, only god knows who is rolling about with us the hotel owner or the websites where we book. It’s a scam!
