The room was far from clean, with cockroaches spotted frequently and no proper curtains for privacy. The bedsheet was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and for the price, the place was severely lacking in maintenance. Plus, there was no elevator, making it inconvenient for guests.

During my recent stay at Satya Residency, I faced an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around, making the environment unpleasant and unsafe. The bedding and linens appeared unwashed, and the bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible mold in some areas. Despite these unacceptable conditions, the rent was surprisingly high, which added to my frustration. The lack of cleanliness and sanitation, combined with the overpriced rates, overshadowed any potential positives the hotel might offer. I would not recommend Satya Residency to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and fairly priced stay.

Location is very cool & The Hospitality is excellent. I always prefer to stay here, Simply the Family is Safe .

We booked two deluxe A/c rooms on the ground floor at a very reasonable rate.The reception people welcomed us in a very kind and pleasant manner. Very clean rooms, clean fresh bedsheets ,clean bathrooms with no smell at all.We were also provided us with towels & soaps.Hot water is available 24/7. They also have a good parking space at the front and one minor fault is that, they do not have a restaurant of their own.We have to go to opposite Jyothis or Mahalakshmi nearby the temple. Hotel is nearby the temple ,max walk would be 200 meters.

The rooms are not well maintained and unhygienic. The tall old front office guy has a very bad attitude towards travellers. The basic amenities are not provided like water, soaps, towels nothing. It's a biased treatment for AC rooms and Non AC rooms. For the price he charges it's definitely not worth it.

During Dussera 2023 i had stayed in this residency. Budget hotel in Kollur. About 200 metres from the temple entrance. Clean and big rooms, clean bathroom. Nice ambience. Enough Parking space Avilable. Owner was prompt.
