Good place to stay if you're planning to stay with your pets. There are some basic requirements missing like curtains and sinc inside bathroom. However nice place to stay, very near to kaup beach. Caretaker house is inside the property by the side who helps with the cleaning.

Nice place to stay if you are planning a family vacation and the property is near to many tourist attractions. Host prajwal and the house help were very courteous during our stay. It felt like home 😊

Best place to live near kaup beach. Host was so superb. It was like a home far from home. Toiletries was provided with induction stove, plates, bowls, spoons, pan, salt,sugar, tea etc. Towels, soaps, shampoo. Iron box was also provided. Veg restaurant was on walking distance. Spacious 3bhk property. With dinning table. Open garden space.

One of the best place near kaup beach, udupi. Have no complaints whatsoever, just book it and have an amazing stay. Prajwal is a great host!

A decent place for a group of 10 people. You can easily order food from here. Much closer to Udupi than it is to Mangalore. The host is super helpful.

If u are on the look out for a place for workation then this place fits in perfectly. Its a 3 bhk house on the highway in kapu. Very neatly maintained. Suitable for long stays.
