Torn blankets, not sufficient parking space, one bottle per room even if you are paying for three persons, not so happy start to the morning with their disappointing breakfast. Now that I have summarised it, here is the bigger picture: they have limited parking. Both the nights we were there, we had to struggle to find parking as we came back from dinner around 10 pm. All limited slots on basements and in front of the building were taken. The TV In the room had no balance on the set up box account. When complained, the reception asked for the channel we want to watch and they will recharge. We asked for a kids channel and they recharged one channel we watched. The comforters were blankets wrapped jn torn sheets. The exhaust was noisy in the washroom. The window glass panes were not sealed properly, we could hear the traffic on the road pretty clearly. The breakfast was so so. I don’t know why they have the good ratings they have. On the brighter side, the staff is good. The location is good too.

Good and friendly staff, very clean rooms and a tasty light breakfast as well. Best rooms for the price.
