Hai Tide Sea Front Cottage is right in front of beach. It has 3 rooms to accommodate 4 in each in ground floor and 4 double bed rooms on first floor with a stunning view from balconie. The place is very clean and well attended. The caretaker Rohit is very courteous. A perfect place to relax with families and friends.

Okay place but excellent view of the sea so up close which is hard to get in other stays. The care takers were very helpful at all times. Malpe Beach is so damn beautiful it was hard to come back home. The weather was so good the food we purchased the previous day stayed fresh imagine that. Usually coastal places are extremely warm. The water sports were awesome too. St Mary’s island was good too we didn’t explore much. Overall for those tired of Goa and is looking for a peaceful beach place for a romantic or a family getaway this is it!!!

We stayed there for a day but really loved the experience. The main selling point of the place is the Sea view. It is just so relaxing to sit in your room and watch the beach and the waves lap it up. Given that it is on Malpe beach itself, you can walk around the beach, get into activities or get local food. The rooms are functional, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nothing to complain off.

Room size good 2 queen size bed perfect for family. Location bang on Malpe beach. You will definitely feel relaxed. Now coming to issues we faced. We booked just few days before our stay dates and the person didn’t felt necessary to mention that the beaches are closed for public. There were nets placed in front of hotel so the view was missing. Police was there to stop us from going anywhere near the beach. Next is the caretaker. One young nepali boy who is least bothered with guest’s requests or complaints. Asked him to just broom the room and he flatly replied ‘i am single worker here and have many other works will do when i am free’ but i saw him mostly on phone sitting at reception. Rooms were visibly not clean. Tables, side tables, bed heads was full of dust. Have i not paid advance I would have not stayed here. The owner promises while taking booking are higher than actuals on ground. Got a response from property. More like a schooling that it’s obvious that beaches are closed in rainy season. Here i don’t want to put in details about my travel for past 10+ years and choosing beach vacations during july-September. As he mentioned I could have gone a little farther and visited beach. Please note there was police on duty and they stopped us from going beyond property. Secondly it would have been a good hospitality gesture to give first hand information about nets and policing. And in your at length response you missed on security issue. In this business you could have been receptive instead of argumentative. If it is hard for you to mention to every guest be kind to put it in your disclaimer that ‘property has limited access to beach during rainy season’

What an experience! Five stars isn't enough to describe the experience that this place offers. If you're looking for a beach-front property, don't look further. Hai Tide is right on the beach, just hop-skip-jump. Suraj is a wonderful wonderful host. I recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a peaceful beach vacation. I am definitely going back. Fabulous choice to stay on Malpe. The rooms are very decent and caters to all your basic needs with a sense of aesthetic setting. The view to the beach and the fact that it's walkable is a huge bonus. The only unsettle thing was that it's on a street where a lot of people walk back and forth and is a distraction if you're looking for a quieter place. The service is highly commendable and Suraj, the host, is more than accommodating with all your requests. Definitely worth making your reservations here!

The place is located on the Malpe beach and you may not find another better spot with beach access. 1. Once you reach the Malpe parking spot, you have to take the right footpath and drive through to reach this place. 2. The place has doors opening to the beach and gives a beautiful view of the sea. 3. The owner and the helping staff was extremely supportive. 4. I got the ground floor room and it was good. The bathroom was slightly congested but it is neatly maintained. 5. There was no TV in our room. 6. The room was provided along with the breakfast at nearby Fisherman's restaurant and it was really good. 8.We spotted one cockroach in the room and except that all good experience. 9. The moment we vacated, cleaning staff was removing all the bedsheets and pillow cover and putting new ones. Overall a good place to stay at Malpe
