It is a pure veg restaurant, staff is young and friendly. You need to ask them whenever you need anything. Room Number 101 has a great city and valley view of gangtok as for that room it it’s available.

The rooms are very bad, there is no cleanliness in the rooms, the bathroom is in very dirty condition, the rooms are very smelly, according to me you should choose another hotel instead of this hotel

Worst and most CHEATING Gangtok hotel. First they show u good rooms and destinations to show u in Sikkim/ north Bengal but they never keep their words and u have to stay which ever stinky bad room they give u and wherever they take u. They can delete any destination acc to their wish. There is a strange smell coming from the room, the geysers are not working properly, the rooms are dirty and makeshift, even the coffee cups are broken, and the sheets, pillows, quilts are all dirty. Do not book this hotel even by mistake, this is the dirtiest hotel in Gangtok and the staff there also behaves very badly.

My experience with hotel madhawi was so bad! Don't go to this hotel! Bcz they did the most bad behavior, services,rooms etc also don't do any kind of packages with them.its my request for upcoming sikkim tourist! They are big cheaters!!

Good place and behaviour are also good. Stuff's behaviour also good. Food also nice. If you take the side room then you will get an awesome view . Contact them if they don't have any available room they will arrange.
