"I had the misfortune of experiencing the worst customer service at this hotel, particularly during check-out. The reception staff started shouting and yelling at me, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely unacceptable, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. The whole experience was a disaster, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel disrespected and unvalued as a customer. The hotel's management should take serious action against such staff members and provide proper training to ensure that customers are treated with respect and dignity. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this hotel again, and I would advise others to think twice before booking a room here".

Awesome experience. The staff is very helpful and well mannered. Rooms are big, neat and hygienic. Location is prime, near railway station and Krishna Janmsthan.

Amazing Hotel to stay with family & friends as well... Room service is nice and condition of room is good... All the staffs are of Kind nature... Safe place to stay... Both Room and bathroom are well cleaned and hygiene is maintained properly! Highly recommended from my side! (Ye likhne ka koi Paisa nhi Diya gya mujhe, this is my honest opinion, THANK YOU!)

The Hotel is at a peaceful place, there is no disturbance outside the room and it is near to the Mathura Junction station, so it gives you an easy access to all the places like Railway station, Gokul, Raman Reti, Varindavan, etc. If you want to visit Varindavan economically, than you should take a sharing Auto from State bank chouraha which will cost 30 rupees per person (do not hire a personal auto as auto driver may misguide you that you will not get a direct auto to Varindavan). If you want to explore Mathura and Gokul on the 1st day than you should go there. The missing thing is that they will not provide you the inhouse food, when you order something they will order it from outside.
