Such a beautiful location of resort. Just nearby Highway. Best suitable for family and friends. More than 20 vehicle parking space. Rooms are big and clean. Garden is also well maintained. Restaurant is recently opened with good taste of food and neat & clean. They also arrange for bonfire 🔥 on request. Staff is available for 24*7. Friendly and humble nature staff. Upgradation also going on.

This resort is the worst resort in Araku valley when it comes to hygiene. The washroom looks clean in pictures and physically as well but there are a ton of bugs and insects which reside in the gaps of walls. At night the basin becomes filled with bugs and there are multiple spiders and cockroaches which roam around. There is literally no option of food apart from fried rice. They only have two items in the menu which is veg and egg fried rice. The cherry on the cake here is that this resort is 8 km away from Araku market area and you can't avail any home delivery options either because no restaurant delivers food that far. The hotel has no contacts with any autos or cabs so they can't arrange anything for you. They don't even have options for tea coffee or snacks. Also adding to it there are frequent power cuts at night.This place is literally located in the middle of nowhere without any basic amenities. The only positive here is that the view is one of a kind. If you have a private car and you're okay to share your washroom with a thousand bugs you can opt for this place. Otherwise stay as far away from this place as possible.

1. In room no.107 one blanket for 3 adults was not sufficient, so an additional blanket was asked for but not received. Alternatively, I requested for an extra bed/matress but they (the personnel in reception) informed me that there will be no blanket with extra mattress. I asked for the reason for not providing of blanket with extra mattress. It's worth mentioning, they informed me that there is total 24 number of blankets in hotel for 24 rooms only. 2. T.V not recharged. 3. Bathroom door latch, water tap were broken. 4. First of all drivers accommodation was refused, after several requests, a proposal was given to him but he made his own arrangements for his betterment of night stay.

A little far from araku valley close to 7-8kms need to have a personal cab along with you to commute to various locations of Araku valley. Construction of the first floor is going on the first floor of the resort. Maybe they are expanding,i personally didn't like the resort as my first impression getting into the room caused me to serve a stinking smell which was unbearable, so they changed to other room but it was also similarly smelling,towels were full of stains.Power was not there generator was under servicing all these made me to cancel the room and leave the property.

I stayed in 16/11/2024 room was excellent and they didn't change the bedsheet covers or. Blanket covers and everything was same before some one used and better don't take food in that hotel please i complaint to reception but they didn't take serious and dnt waste money in that resort better buy outside any restuarant it's my suggestion

One star also waste for this resort... Main: Dont stay at this resort until you want to feel frustrated and irritated and became friends with insects(friendly once) 1. No warm water when you ask one guy will come do some work after that also you wont get hot water trust me 2. No wifi, no cabel if you want to enjoy in your room you can enjoy by watching the blank screen of the tv. 3. The balcony neatness: you will find every insect there so that you wont feel bad later, that you got a chance to see those. (But the balcony has the best view "TRUST ME") 4.You went get room service unless you call them( no hangers, no bath towels, sweaty blankets and pillows you will get to know the smell of the everything). 5. You can see the dancing lights at night (power fluctuations) this really pissess you off 6. Honestly, after reading all this if you want to stay just bargain the prices are too high and you have bargain for these less amenities and low maintenance. #Terrible experience
