Palm Coast Beach Resorts

This so-called Palm Coast Beach ~Resort~ is a disappointment. They provided us with a so-called " ~suite room~ " that had two rooms, one bathroom, and poorly maintained bedsheets on wooden beds that caused injuries. Forget about a geyser— the water they provide is terrible, causing skin irritation. They do not provide towels, and cleaning service is non-existent. There was only one ~air conditioner~ , which leaked water and was limited to one room, leaving the other room unbearably hot. They also provided an ~extra bed~ , but it was of no use. As for the ~swimming pool~ , it was in a deplorable state with a yellow-green floor that looked completely neglected. Now, about the management: I couldn't get the owner's name, but for reference, he is an older man who behaved arrogantly when we complained about the pool. His response was to either "get out or stay." The management staff is helpless because the owner imposes strict rules on them. Regarding pricing, they charge ₹4,000 per room, which is similar to nearby resorts like Riviera. However, it's better to book early for those alternatives. My humble suggestion: Please, please avoid this place. Even if you cannot find another resort, stay somewhere in Chirala and visit the beach instead. You can enjoy the beach until 10 PM on normal days and stay there overnight on the 31st night.

Absolutely horrible service. Planned last minute to see the beach. Upon arrival at this resort was just shocked !!! The beds were undone. No blankets provided. Water leaks from bathrooms doors and windows. AC water leakage all over the floor. They use SEA WATER in TAPS. This so called beach resort does not even have plates or glasses for their guests. Pathetic service and a nightmare. I simply left the next morning as it was worst decision that i made during this trip to Chirala Beach . Stayed in a suite room and this is their service, cannot imagine for other rooms !!!. Rates are at par with other Hotels in the area but their service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Would never recommend this resort to anyone. ***0 RATINGS***

Service was nice but the rooms aren't that great. I visited on a weekday and got room for 2000 rupees. Room is super close to the beach and I loved it. One thing that put me off was the sand all over the place in room, which clearly means it's not cleaned properly. The staff came in for cleaning but still it was not really clean. Water is also salty in the taps. I've visited other places nearby which are even closer and water there is not salty. So it is only this place that had this issue.

Worst experience with zero service. Very limited food options and facility didn't maintained well. My visit an year ago was ok, but this time it was very disappointing and disaster. For visitors my advise to check other options plenty available.

Very bad room and pathetic service. Better to avoid if possible. Hard water in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no hand wash, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. No room service list is long.... First they offer me ground floor room which was worst, when I asked for refund they gave me first floor.
