THE SAMEER RESORT

*Worst experience:* I cannot believe what our family just went through at Sameer Resort! What was supposed to be a nice getaway on April 21st 2025 turned into a complete disaster. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - the smell was so bad my kid refused to use them and the filth was everywhere. The staff were actually smoked inside room just before we checkin! Staff smoking even in the dining area. And don't get me started on how they treated the women in our group. We felt completely unsafe the entire time. Hot water is available only on the request. The food? I wouldn't feed it to stray dogs - tasteless, cold slop served by people who clearly couldn't care less. The sketchy neighborhood combined with the staff's behavior had us locking and barricading our door all night. We couldn't take it anymore and ended up spending an additional ₹6000 to move to another hotel after just one night in that hellhole. Worst decision we ever made was booking Sameer Resort. STAY AWAY if you value your safety and sanity!

It's really a bad experience, i don't have many accounts or else i have given many bad comments. They have not served welcome drink, later that no tea or kahwa, no hot water in morning for bath. Dinner was also very poor quality and taste. even we have forget our belongings and very immediately informed to owner and staff even though no one accepted it that found... Clearly denied and said not found how they r listed on tourist sites

I had a fantastic stay at Sameer resort. The staff was welcoming professional and always ready to assist with anything I need. The food served was also delicious and room service was also on point.

Our stay at Sameer Resort was a horrible experience. The staff were very rude and didn’t know how to talk properly. The food was plain and not enough to meet basic expectations. The worst part was being woken up at 4 AM by the staff, telling us to pack our bags and leave for no reason. The toilets were dirty and smelled awful, making it hard to use them. The electricity kept cutting off, and the heating system didn’t work well, leaving us cold and uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It’s better to stay somewhere else than deal with this terrible place.

Our experience at Sameer Resort was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic courtesy and communication skills, making interactions unpleasant. The food was plain, minimal, and failed to meet expectations. To make matters worse, we were rudely awakened at 4 AM by staff instructing us to pack our bags and leave without any valid reason, which was both unprofessional and distressing. The toilets were unclean and emitted a foul odor, further adding to the discomfort. Additionally, the electrical systems were unreliable, constantly switching on and off, and the heating system was inefficient, leaving us in discomfort throughout our stay. Overall, this resort failed to provide even a basic level of hospitality, and we cannot recommend it.
