grand Mala Resorts

I have been there for 1 night. Service was very good. Infact they are so amiable and helpful. Location is amazing. You can hear the stream's calm and enchanting sound while you sleep at night,. The lawn is beautiful with lights and garden. I found it very well.

The hotel rooms are too dark, there was only 1 light working in the room. The hot water is not available the whole day and higher chances are that you miss the timings they provide hot water at. The foood was horrible (sorry to say but that's the reality). The dining area was a bit stinky and the food was not at all likeable. The staff was mediumish, as they were not readily available to help at matters and asked us to speak to our tour operator rather than solving it. The staff were pretty rude too. Not a suggestible option. Go only if you want to just sleep and run the next morning. The view was good from outside the hotel.

Worst service.. No Clean water for bath forget abt bath.. Full muddy water.. No electricity for whole night and day.. Staff is very rude.. Evn for one small bottle of milk they charged 300 rs.. Only Bilal is nice person who served us.. Rest all staff is rude. Plz do not come here.. Worst experience

Pleasant stay. Location is benethe the hill beside the river. The cool soothing wind along with the sound of water flowing is the cheery on the cake. Hospitality touches your heart. The vibrant team makes our stay very comfortable which creates an imprint in our mind

There were no fans in the room and through the hotel. The view was amazing right in front of lider river. The breakfast and food options for very limited.

Location is overall good But service is seriously very bad from resort they will give 1 water bottle per room for one day and also food will disappoint you. Behaviour was also not really good, they were ignoring us about complains at checkout time.

Awesome place to stay! Warm, neat and clean... Easily located and have great view around. Staffs are professional and very helpful. Special thanks to Idrees Bhai who was on toe for his kind services. Heater was arranged, electric bed was warm and quickly heated when electricity was available. Power supply is an issue overall in Kashmir but generator was supportive for basic electricity supply...overall great experience with Grand Mala Resort at Pahalgam ❣️
