We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was fantastic. The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and offered great heating facilities that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Azhan and Faisal, in particular, were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. The food was tasty, and we always looked forward to the meals. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and delicious food at an affordable rate.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. 1. The room lock was not working properly and we had to call staff multiple times for help. The bathroom was dirty with stains on the towels. Clean sheets were not provided on bed and there were bug roaming around all over bed making it hard to sleep at night. 2. The dinner was another letdown. The Dal which we ordered was half cooked. Overall, the service was abysmal, and I didn’t feel like a valued guest at all. 3. They offer union taxi pick to ABC valley from their hotel but they don't provide proper information depending on weather condition. On our day of checkout due to heavy snowfall, visit to ABC valley was blocked, still they offered us union taxi to Betab valley and charged us for small ride to Pahalgam market without any reason. Our whole day was ruined. I would not recommend this hotel to tourists from outside Kashmir.

we stay last night here the experience is good the rooms and hotel interior is looking good , luxury feels the food quality is also good ,the bahivour of staff is good most manager azan is a good person her talking like friend and mostly helpful person in this hotel and his team is also very polite and good behaviour i,m so glad to stay here thanku soo much pahalgam view
