One of the best place in Pahalgam, welcoming, honest, dedicated service. They really care about comfort of their guests, rooms are comfortable and well equipped with all sort of things we think of. Location is peaceful and well accessible. Beautiful lawn. You don't need to ask them for anything, they themself try to do the needful. I forgot my expensive belonging, the same was returned by Mr Zakir. Would recommend it. A big thumbs up.

Very good experience. Excellent facilities. Everyone should come. Good staff behaviour. Good food quality. Every staff will try their level best to accompany every visitors. You can visit lidder river located just next to hotel. Very good window view. Hot water 24 hr .

Best resort in pahalgam with limited rooms but superb interior and facilities . . Very friendly and helping staff . Taste of jain food was amazing whch was never expected in kashmir and we didn got that taste in any hotels of Kashmir .

Speaking of our experience, the staff was courteous and helpful. Service was good. The location of the hotel is in the city centre. Food was good. However, many things can be improved - the path connecting the main road to the hotel, the restaurant area and the front yard. Since the hotel is in a very small plot, the area can be made much more pleasant. We stayed in a room on ground floor. No view. Outside noises led to disturbed sleep at night. Couldn't draw the curtains as the room faced the common outdoor area, so no privacy. But the room was quite spacious and clean. Nice furnitures. Heating system in bed.

The rooms are big and spacious. I was here during May first week and had a pleasant time. The staff is extremely helpful. I had fallen sick and the staff accompanied me to the hospital and ensured I was looked after during my stay at the resort. The food is really great either way variety and taste. I faced no issue with hot water in the bathroom as well. Near to the main market as well. Overall, good experience. Great staff. Definitely recommend.
